Dr. Keith Tong, Ph.D DNM is a graduate of the International Quantum University for Integrative Medicine with a Ph.D and Doctorate in Natural Medicine. His current focus in natural medicine includes Wolfe Non-Surgical Body Work, the Perfect Day Consultation, Biofeedback, and Live blood & Vitality Analysis. He works alongside with other doctors and healthcare practitioners to create the teamwork necessary for your well-being. He is also a motivational speaker, transformative coach, and an author of a number one international best seller “Cutting Loose.”
Prior to opening Total Vitality Centre, he and his wife, Dr. Helen Tong, Ph.D DNM opened three successful pharmacies together. He has spent many years working in the business world to acquire the skill sets to become where he is today. All of this experience bought him to where he is living his passion today – to help people bring their health back to balance with profound and lasting results.
As a person that once suffered from physical, emotional & sexual abuse and opioid addiction, he truly understands what it takes come back from a deep hole. Having overcome a few near-death experiences to learn from his deep wounds is what makes him a great doctor that will guide you in a gentle and loving way in your own healing journey.
Dr. Helen Tong graduated from International Quantum University for Integrative Medicine with the degree of Doctorate and PhD in Natural Medicine. Prior to this, she became a regulated pharmacy technician registered through the British Columbia College of Pharmacists and was certified by the Pharmacy Examination Board of Canada. She has worked in the pharmacy industry since 1988, and has taught classes at MTI Community College.

Gen-Hoe (Harry) Yu has been an acupuncturist since 2006. He has frequented the world by working as an acupuncturist for the biggest cruise company for over 10 years. He graduated from PCU College of Holistic Medicine in 2005 as a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner. Harry is registered under College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of British Columbia.
Harry specializes in pain management, weight loss & detoxification, chronic and acute symptoms, as well as smoking, drinking, and snoring cessation. His specialization also includes acupressure massage (Tui Na), cupping, and scraping.
Born in Taiwan, he speaks Taiwanese, Mandarin, Cantonese and English. He also loves to travel the world, hence working as an acupuncturist for a big cruise company for over 10 years. During his free time, he finds himself enjoying films, going to the gym, fishing, hiking, and reading TCM resources.
Leonora Robles is a Registered Professional Counsellor & Life Coach. She undertook her studies in Life Coaching and Wellness Counselling at Rhodes Wellness College in Vancouver, B.C. Both of the programs are approved by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and by the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA). She is also registered member of the CPCA.
Leonora specializes in depression, anxiety, concerns related to mood regulation, somatic ailments, stress, trauma, addictions and difficult life transitions. She uses mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) consisting of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) methods in collaboration with Eastern psychological strategies such as mindfulness meditation.
Leonora is also a mom, meditator, yoga lover, and food lover. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Dr. Rick Santimaw is a Naturopathic Physician. He holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Kinesiology and Anatomy. Dr. Santimaw went on to graduate from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine (BINM) where he underwent extensive medical training, preparing him to competently diagnose and treat patients in a holistic manner.

Brenda Yip obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration Honour degree with Mathematics Minor from Simon Fraser University. She completed the Acupuncture and TCMP program at PCU Holistic of College. Currently, she continues her study in Doctor of TCM. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Upon the holistic approach to health, Brenda is confident in treating digestive issues, insomnia, and mood disorder. Along with needles, she can also apply fire cupping, Tuina, and Guasha to effectively treat musculoskeletal disorders, such as neck, shoulder, and back pain.
Brenda believes in the importance of balance when treating the body to strengthen a person’s immune system. She is trained by her mentor in using Chinese raw/granulated herbs to treat internal conditions, and gynecology disorders.
After 10 years as a Spa Therapist bodyworker and Hydrotherapists, Wendy-Jo decided to broaden her expertise and attend a 3000-hour program at Utopia Academy of massage therapy and graduated in 2010.
Her style of massage revolves around Swedish, myofacial release, passive range of motion, stretching, neuromuscular therapy, and cranial sacral, and diaphramic beathing and mindfulness.
Massage therapy is very personal to Wendy, her first introduction to massage therapy was following a motor vehicle accident. Experiencing first hand how massage can be a significant part of recovery, she wanted to share this with others.
Satuki Tsuzura graduated from Langara College in 2017. As an RMT, she recognizes that massage therapy can improve clients’ mind, body and spirit. With a blended style of therapy and relaxation, she develops effective treatment protocols, unique to each client’s needs.
Her practice focuses on improving the quality of life, especially those who are recuperating from surgeries, injuries from accidents, arthritis, traumatic spinal cord injuries, giving pre-natal treatments, and ministering to the elderly and hospice patients.
Satsuki also loves to travel to see the world and has fondness for nature. She often spends her free time seeing the scenery and exploring the beauty of nature. She is also a bibliophile and enjoys reading and recommending books. Coming from Japan, she can speak both English and Japanese.
Austin graduated from Dalhousie University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Kinesiology) and a Certificate in Disability Case Management. Currently, Austin is expanding his practice by attending graduate school at the Canadian School of Osteopathy and will be finishing his third year of schooling.
In his practice, he aims to help individuals heal through movement and exercise while also striving to help each individual feel great about themselves.
In his spare time, Austin enjoys volleyball, photography, playing instruments, and going to the gym. He looks forward to helping you meet your fitness and mobility goals!
Gurman graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelors in Health Science and a minor in Biology, and then decided to complete her Doctorate of Physiotherapy in Melbourne, Australia. She has now been working as a physiotherapist in BC since 2016, and is loving every bit of it.
She has taken a course in Functional Integrated Dry Needling, and plans on continuing on to obtain her diploma in Dry Needling in the future. In her spare time, Gurman likes to do various fitness classes, bake, travel and play with her puppies.
Lucy received her diploma and training from the Joanna International School of Hair Design & Aesthetics in March 2003. She has been doing esthetic services for 16 years. She enjoys doing what she is doing because she loves to see the beauty and joy exuded out of the clients.
Lucy provides nail services such as regular mani & pedi, shellac, nail art, and hard gel. She also provides facial, waxing, lash and brow care (tinting).
She immigrated to Canada in 1982 from Vietnam and is bilingual in Vietnamese and English. During her free time, she loves spending time with her family,going out to have coffee with her friends and exploring nature. She loves cooking and is very open to share her recipes with her clients. Lucy also has a variety of nail design ideas that she can recommend when you come in for nail services.
Blair grew up in Victoria, BC and enjoys living on the North Shore with her husband and two young children. Blair graduated from McGill University where she completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Following this, she completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. In addition to this, Blair completed 2 of 3 years of the Bachelor of Nursing program at BCIT gaining valuable experience working with patients in acute care with a wide variety of conditions.
Blair’s passion for human movement, health and well-being was sparked as a young competitive gymnast. She sought out her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology to gain a foundation of knowledge in human kinetics. It was here that she became fascinated with the human body. This is where Blair discovered her passion for Physiotherapy. Blair has worked in orthopedics, oncology and pediatrics.
Blair enjoys assessing and treating all kinds of musculoskeletal conditions. She believes that for the best outcomes all patient’s need to play a pro-active part in their rehabilitation. Blair combines her knowledge of the human body, expertise in injury rehabilitation, love of exercise and high performance athletic competition to offer her clients a complement of services to maximize their potential in all of their activities.
Lilian graduated from Kwantlen Polytechnic University with her BBA specializing in Marketing Management. She has experience in helping small businesses with their marketing strategy and is passionate about delivering efficient systems to improve all aspects of operations. Her intellectual curiosity has always driven her to find the answers to the most pressing problems. You will also often see her at the front desk greeting customers and handling all your booking needs!
Her passion for skincare and health have brought her to the clinic where she can combine both interests to help others. She believes in compassionate care through fostering a safe,warm,and welcoming environment. In her free time, Lilian loves to travel and be in the outdoors with activities such as skiing, hiking, and biking.
Angela has been a practicing RMT since 2001 after completing an intensive 2200 hour private Massage Therapy Institute in New Brunswick. After graduating From University with a Psychology degree she realized the importance of a collective Body, Mind, Spirit integration for healing on all levels. Studying people is a passion. She has furthered her studies over the years in Cranio Sacral Therapy, Reflexology, Reiki, amongst others. She loves writing, water sports and motorcycling.
Adelena graduated from the Scientific Natural Therapy Association of the Philippines in 2002 specializing in reflexology and aromatherapy. She has over 15 years of experience in bodywork, reflexology and aromatherapy. She is compassionate and confident with the bodywork and reflexology services she provides and will promote all safe practices. Adelena is fluent in Tagalog and English and looks forward to serving you.
When she’s not helping her clients, she enjoys spending family time with her six children.
Katherine graduated in 2015 with her Aesthetician Diploma from Quebec with a specialization in gel nails, electrolysis, and laser. She is highly skilled in facials, makeup, and skincare all while ensuring her work environment is clean, sanitary and comfortable. Katherine started her professional career as a cosmetician at Familiprix pharmacy where she learned much of her knowledge about various makeup products while also training for her Aesthetician Diploma.
