We are beyond excited to announce that Total Vitality Centre will be reopening on May 25th in accordance with BC’s Phase 2 Restart Plan!

While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your health, safety, and overall well-being. Now, more than ever we want you to be comfortable and know what to expect from your visit.

If you’ve been to Total Vitality Centre before, your visit will look a little different than what you remember.

Wolf Non-Surgical & the body work that Dr. Keith Tong offers is not like anything else out there, to avoid going under the knife, and to avoid surgery is pretty amazing in itself. I started getting a lot of issues after my second car accident in 2018 ... constant cracking and tightness in my upper shoulders for the past 3 years. Once I started receiving treatments, I was able to have less tightness and more mobility. It took roughly 4 sessions before I was able to get my full mobility back with no more pain.
