Drop-In Salt Yoga (Hatha) Classes

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, our Hatha Yoga Drop-In Classes are a perfect blend of yin and yang.

The practice will challenge you and leave you feeling balanced and focused. There will be balance, core and breath work involved at a slow to medium pace. Great for all levels without any incredibly vigorous poses, the main concept of the Classes we hold is to be as comforting as possible.

We couple traditional Hatha Yoga with Halotherapy – also known as Salt Therapy – which is a 100% safe, natural and drug-free way of improving health that uses micronized salt particles made with dry aerosol to treat respiratory and skin ailments. Derived from the Greek word ‘halos’, meaning salt, it has been used as a natural remedy for many centuries.

Yoga naturally results in deep breathing and allows for a relaxing, meditative way of getting even better results with Salt Halotherapy.

Every Newcomer’s first session is Free!

Class 1 is on Tuesdays from 6:00pm – 7:00pm and Saturdays from 10:00am – 11:00am
Class 2 is on Thursdays from 6:00pm – 7:00pm and Saturdays from 11:30am – 12:30pm


Drop-In Salt Therapy Meditation

And for those who are not interested in Yoga, we offer Salt Therapy Meditation Sessions — Meditation is an important tool and way to help lessen the noise and bumbling around us. Its help reduces the everyday stress we face on a daily basis.

It uses a set of defined meditative techniques that help one encourage a heightened state of awareness, serenity and focused attention.

Our Salt Therapy Meditation group sessions help induce a more efficient, comfortable experience for some of our clients.

Meditation has many of the same benefits in regards to increasing the efficiency of Halotherapy, just like Yoga — Meditation naturally causes deeper breathing and higher efficiency through such with Halotherapy. With many of the same benefits from this multi-therapy.

  • You breathe deeper and more calmy and with consistent Rhythm
  • The effects of Halotherapy work hand-in-hand with those of Meditation, allowing deeper Meditation and increased exposure to the positive effects of Halotherapy

Halotherapy Meditation Classes are Every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:15pm – 8:00pm.
